Digital Media specialization

Computer Science offers a four-year program with a Digital Media specialization. This program covers a broad range of computing science fundamentals, in addition to a prescribed set of courses that deal with various computational aspects of acquiring, managing, analyzing and leveraging digital media (video, imagery and audio). Mobile computing is also a focus of this specialization. The main difference between the Digital Media specialization and the Comprehensive program is that Digital Media restricts the upper-year electives a student can take, since the elective slots are taken up by courses required for the Digital Media specialization.

The Digital Media specialization is especially suited for students who want to pursue careers in companies specializing in computer graphics, mobile development, game design and robotic vision.
